March is Women’s Month and the Face of Vitasteen wants to celebrate women of different ages from around the Philippines for their different strengths. Organized by Bewell Nutraceuticals Corporation, the finals will be held in a virtual ceremony that will be held live on the Vitasteen FB page. Three Face of Vitasteen Fast Track Contestants

The Face of Vitasteen is not just a regular beauty pageant. She is the modern Filipina — strong, beautiful, healthy, and has conquered many challenges. For three weeks, different women nationwide competed on different challenges. And these three ladies emerged.

Face of Vitasteen Week 1 Challenge: The Beauty that is Seen

This weekly challenge focused on the external beauty of the participants. They should be able to explain what makes them feel beautiful. The participants prepared a photo of their favorite #OOTD and answer the question, “What is your favorite quote about external beauty?”

Winner – Patricia Mae Parian, 27 years old, Quezon City

“External beauty is how you carry yourself and use it as an asset to touch other people’s lives.

Indeed, it is the beauty of the physical appearance. But for me, it is not just about the looks. It is how you appreciate yourself and use it to inspire others.

“People tend to decide if we are beautiful or not. But we don’t need validation. It is (we) who have the capability to appreciate our own beauty and use it for good purposes. Accepting and loving ourselves is the key to appreciate our own external beauty.”

Face of Vitasteen Week 2 Challenge: The Beauty of Expression

This segment of the challenge focused on the internal beauty of the participants. The internal beauty encompasses their personality, perspective, and behavior towards the world. Participants used the Face of Vitasteen Filter on Facebook or Instagram and answered randomized questions on beauty. Their answers on video should be short, crisp, and concise.

Winner – Allysa Mae Gaston, 25 years old, Ilocos Sur

Face of Vitasteen Week 3 Challenge: The Beauty of Community

This segment of the challenge focused on the beauty of sharing with the community. The beauty of this woman covers the advocacies that she values. Ladies posted an entry photo from their community engagement together with a short story behind it.

Winner – Maan Cayabyab, 41 years old, Marikina City

During November 2020, Typhoon Ulysses struck the Philippines. “My daughters and I accepted donations, repacked and distributed goods to those badly affected by typhoon Ulysses. In a very simple way, we could extend help to make our community beautiful.” -Maan Cayabyab

Criteria for Judging

Meanwhile, the Face of Vitasteen contestants will be judge according to the following criteria:

• 40% intelligence
• 30% beauty
• 30% charm and personality
