The brand Cluck Sarap originated in Iloilo with the thrust of providing Filipinos with freshly cooked, flavorful, and reasonably-priced Roasted Chicken, Liempo, Porkchop, and Fried Chicken.

This family-owned company had been engaged in the business of growing broilers in their massive poultry. Being one of the biggest poultry producers in the Visayas, the family believed that it can serve its consumers better if it can also offer ready-to-eat products, using mostly its own produce.
